Paper marbling

You can make 'oil' paint with powder colour and vegetable oil. Putting gelatine or vinegar in the water helps the oil to stay on the surface. Use the marbled paper for covering books or gift wrapping

Quick and good for pattern making

Mix oil paint with some thinners to make it more fluid. Drip the colour onto a tray with water in it

Swirl the colours around slowly

Place a piece of paper on the surface. Take the paper off the water carefully and place somewhere to dry
