Make the cones as big and tall as you want. Give the cones different numbers to score points

Make a cone from newspaper and tape. Roll up a newspaper into a tube and join the ends together to make the ring |

Papier-mache both the cone and the ring. Cover with at least 4 layers of newspaper to make them strong. Just before covering up the base of the cone put in something to weigh it down e.g. sand |

Decorate. When dry varnish with PVA |
