Splatter Collage

image: Splatter Collage

This a lot of fun, though potentially messy. If done in groups, swap shapes and colours with each other

Colour and pattern making

image: Splatter Collage 1

Put some paint on a brush or toothbrush. Cover the table with newspaper and place some paper on it. Over the paper, move a ruler from the top to the bottom of the toothbrush, flicking paint over the paper. Repeat many times and with different colours. Leave to dry

When dry , turn the paper over and draw shapes for your collage and then cut them out

Place the shapes on a piece of paper and when you are happy with where they are going to go, glue them on the paper
